RV park rates
Simple pricing for every site. All sites are large back-in pads with full hookups.
| Stay | Rate | What it covers |
|---|---|---|
| Nightly | $40 | Check in and out at 1:00 pm. |
| Weekly | $150 | One full week. Check in at 1:00 pm and check out at 1:00 pm on the same day the following week. |
| Monthly | $395 | One calendar month, from 1:00 pm on the 1st to 1:00 pm on the last day of the month. Includes 750 kWh of electric free. |
Included with every monthly stay
750 kWh of electric, free
That's enough to cover the whole month for many of our guests, so your rent is often your only bill.
Use more than 750 kWh in a month? You pay only for the extra, at exactly the per-kWh rate the park pays the electric co-op, based on the utility bill.
