Short drive to the job

The Fort Benning back gate is about 5 minutes away. The Mahrt paper mill is about 20 minutes south on Highway 165, and Phenix City and downtown Columbus are each about 14 miles.

Costs you can count on

$395 a month with 750 kWh of electric free. For many guests that covers the whole month, so you're not guessing at a power bill on top of rent. If you go over, you pay only for the extra at the co-op's rate.

Room for your truck

Every site has parking for your RV plus 2 vehicles. Hauling a work trailer or equipment? Call ahead and we'll talk through what fits.

Laundry on site

Washers and dryers right in the park for work clothes, plus bathhouse showers.

A quiet place to sleep

It's a gated park where most of your neighbors are long-term guests too, not a constant stream of overnight traffic. Early starts are normal here.

Short jobs and shutdowns

On a plant shutdown, an outage, or a job that's still ramping up? Book by the night or the week, then switch to monthly once the job settles in.
