How monthly stays work
A monthly stay covers one calendar month, starting at 1:00 pm on the 1st and ending at 1:00 pm on the last day of the month. Many of our guests renew month after month, so you'll be living alongside other long-term residents, not a constant stream of overnight traffic.

Free electric, up to 750 kWh
Most RV parks either bill every kilowatt-hour or bury power in a higher rent. Here, your first 750 kWh each month are free. For many of our guests, that covers the entire month, so rent is the only bill they pay.
If you do go over, you pay only for the extra, at exactly the per-kWh rate the park pays the electric co-op. No markup. We read usage from the utility bills, so any overage for a month shows up on your rent about two months later.

Soldiers and families on assignment at Fort Benning, contractors and work crews on post, at the Mahrt paper mill, and on jobs around Columbus and Phenix City, and full-time RVers who want a quiet home base with easy access to town.
